3 Reasons why you should not rush into Marriage

1) God can’t lead you if you are in a hurry.

Haste is not of God. Patience is a fruit of the Spirit. It takes time to discern the will of God. It takes even more time to comprehend God’s plan. You risk missing God when you rush.

2) It gives you time to understand your partner

When you rush into marriage, you probably won’t get the time to understand the personality and beliefs of the person you want to marry. This lack of comprehension can create a lot of problems in your marriage.

3) You’ll less likely live in Resentment & Regret

When you rush into something as momentous and life-altering as marriage without judicious assessment of your maturity, your readiness, your mental/emotional/psychological capacity to handle that kind of relationship, you can live to regret it for the rest of your life.
